Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor Finance Business Partners across all finance verticals as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Manage controllership for the Business Unit within the group and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all engagements with shared services partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end finance function and manage the overall Profit & Loss (P&L).
  • Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs and ensure alignment with the budget.
  • Oversee daily financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) while ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate monthly book closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Conduct detailed P&L analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Participate actively in the annual budgeting process in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Promote automation and implement process improvements within finance functions.
  • Lead strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and other critical projects.
