• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and safety codes.
• Lead maintenance, energy optimization, and CAPEX/OPEX management.

Job description

We are partnering with a diversified group of companies in Dubai to hire a Facility Management & Maintenance Manager to lead and transform the facilities operations across a wide range of assets including residential buildings, commercial spaces, warehouses, showrooms, and staff accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations (HVAC, MEP, landscaping)
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DMCC, DEWA, Civil Defense
• Lead preventive & corrective maintenance and energy optimization
• Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets
• Handle vendor sourcing, SLAs, and AMC contracts
• Drive compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes
• Restructure the FM department, implement KPIs, and optimize workflows
• Spearhead digital transformation (FM/maintenance software deployment)
• Manage asset lifecycle planning and maintenance schedules
