About The Role
The Training Manager FB assists the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef in developing, planning, and managing learning and development programs for the Food and Beverage division to meet both individual and organizational needs. The role involves working alongside, developing, and managing a pool of departmental trainers to ensure consistent delivery of departmental training that fulfills the needs of all operational departments. The Training Manager promotes and informs employees about all training programs, demonstrates leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service, and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations. The role also includes helping colleagues identify behaviors that contribute to service excellence, ensuring ongoing training to meet guest expectations, and using effective training methods to enhance guest satisfaction skills.

About You
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience and training in a luxury hotel with Forbes standards or standalone restaurant training experience. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The candidate should be comfortable delivering training to senior management and all organizational levels, with experience working in a face-to-face environment.
