Key Result Area:
- Translate business goals into F&B production operational strategies by coordinating planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization to align with production schedules and seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Lead the Stores and Stewarding functions by overseeing all operational and administrative functions to ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and customer expectations.
- Guide the Assistant Manager and supervisors by setting clear performance targets and conducting structured performance reviews to enable continuous development.
- Optimize cost and inventory governance by implementing material control systems, streamlining procurement workflows, and ensuring data driven oversight to minimize waste and support accurate reporting.
- Champion safety and compliance culture, ensuring enforcement of hygiene standards, chemical handling protocols, and stewarding readiness through structured audits, training, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Act as a liaison between production support units and culinary teams enabling seamless coordination, resolving cross-functional dependencies and sustaining uninterrupted production flows.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and internal stakeholders to enhance operational data visibility and automate reporting processes to support informed decision-making and improved manpower planning.
- Drive operational excellence by leading and implementing corrective/ preventive actions and fostering a proactive problem-solving culture that enhances overall productivity and service quality.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. (required)
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of operational experience in fast-paced environments such as logistics, manufacturing, airline ground services, or large-scale service operations, with experience in managing multi-functional teams
- Strong working knowledge of workforce planning, stock control systems, and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience collaborating on data, reporting tools and process automation
