JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Manager - Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on strategic IT initiatives, driving digital transformation, and optimizing their enterprise architecture to achieve business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries and contribute to the success of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead enterprise architecture assessments, strategy development, and roadmap planning engagements for our clients, leveraging your expertise in TOGAF and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients' senior executives, business stakeholders, and IT leaders to understand their strategic objectives, business processes, and technology landscape.
  3. Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' business goals, IT strategy, and industry trends, while addressing key challenges and opportunities.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, and analysts to deliver high-quality enterprise architecture deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.
  5. Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation strategies to help clients stay competitive and future-ready.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights, recommendations, and actionable plans to drive enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop intellectual property, methodologies, and tools that enhance our consulting capabilities and differentiate us in the market.
  8. Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal development, solution demonstrations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • TOGAF certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture consulting, IT strategy, or a related role within a consulting firm or professional services organization.
  • Proven track record of leading successful enterprise architecture engagements for clients across industries, with a focus on driving business value and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience applying TOGAF principles in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
