Description

1. Oversee engineering and technical solutions for assets in the development phase.
2. Provide technical support to optimize performance and extend asset life-cycles.
3. Manage budget planning for projects and O&M companies, ensuring financial feasibility.
4. Conduct technical due diligence for bids and M&A activities.
5. Lead technical negotiations for key project agreements, including EPC and LTSA contracts.
6. Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements throughout development and operations.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
2. 8+ years of experience in energy generation or similar roles.
3. Strong expertise in technology selection, configuration analysis, and thermal power generation.
4. Experience with international and GCC-level projects, including EPC contracts and long-term service agreements.
