Job summary

A renowned consulting firm seeks a Lead Consultant for Energy, Utilities, Resources, and Infrastructure transactions in Dubai. Qualifications

• 6-8 years of working experience in PPP advisory, transaction, commercial due diligence, M&A.
• Established reputation and network in multiple sectors, preferably in the Middle East.

Job description

Location – Dubai

Lead Energy, Utilities, Resources and Infrastructures transactions

Perform commercial due diligences (infra and industry sector)

Advise clients on M&A in Utilities, Resources and Infrastructure

Lead PPP advisory / O&M asset management mandates

Develop and review business models, market studies, issue project reports & other documentation as per requirements of a mandate

Conduct operational and financial analysis for companies in energy water infra sector transition / transformation

• Requirements;

Demonstrable insights in due diligence projects, transactions, PPP development related to energy or water transactions (hydrogen, renewable energies, thermal power, desalination, and / or other infrastructure developments)

Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently

At least 6-8 years of working experience in PPP advisory, transaction, commercial due diligence, M&A, management consultancy investment funds, investment advisory, with an established reputation and network in multiple sectors, preferably in the Middle East
