What You'll Do

1. You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading organizations by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with our public sector clients.
2. Throughout your strategic IT strategy & transformation programs, you'll manage internal and external teams and combine your pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth design of tailored technology transformation strategies and scale-up.
3. During the design, assessment, and optimization of IT functions and architectures, you'll be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends.
4. You will have the unique opportunity to work for some of the largest Energy players, spanning across a wide range of market segments in particular oil & gas and petchem, helping energy organizations throughout their digital & IT transformation journeys.

What You'll Bring

1. You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, engineering or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
2. You have at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects.
3. Experience in the O&G and broader energy sector (e.g., PetChem).
4. You're an experienced project team leader including on the client side.
5. Efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership are second nature to you.
6. You're familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes.
7. You know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases.
8. You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in English.
