Role Purpose

The Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Lead will develop and manage CBD’s digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. The role involves creating integrated digital marketing initiatives across various channels to ensure measurable business impact.

This strategic role aims to elevate CBD’s digital marketing maturity and embed a data-driven, performance-focused approach to customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business goals, focusing on brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage digital media campaigns across platforms (search, display, social, programmatic) to drive acquisition and conversions.
  • Optimize paid media performance through audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, and media mix adjustments.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to improve website content, structure, UX, and SEO.
  • Utilize web analytics to optimize conversion funnels and leverage website and content assets for lead capture and nurturing.
  • Design strategies covering the full customer journey, from brand awareness to engagement.
  • Use martech platforms and analytics for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Implement audience segmentation and targeted campaigns for different customer segments.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure digital campaigns align with product launches and customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs, providing insights for ongoing optimization.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Proficiency in digital performance marketing channels, including SEM, display, social, retargeting, and SEO.
  • Experience managing digital media agencies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, analytics tools, and martech platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies for retail and B2B segments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle strategies is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
