A leading bank in the UAE is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to oversee digital data analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will partner with various teams, develop KPI frameworks, and drive improvements in customer experience and UX. Candidates should be skilled in digital analytics tools with 5 to 8 years of experience and a relevant degree.
The essential duties and responsibilities will include:-

Experience and Skills
Bachelors / Masters with Specialization in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Statistics and Computer Science.
Proven experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, QlikView).
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Data extraction, manipulation and modelling.
Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, PEGA) and marketing automation systems is a plus.
Significant experience of identifying, analysing and presenting the results of digital data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced knowledge of SEO best practice.
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Digital Analytics.
