Job description

The Manager role will be supporting the client Incentives process in GCC, working closely with Country Managers and Finance. This includes deal checking, help with modeling, best practice sharing, process automation, standardization, and deriving efficiencies.


Responsibilities:

  • Deal workflow management: Oversee the GIG preparation and deal modeling process, including prioritizing deals at structuring stages and ensuring adherence to requirements during deal pipeline reviews. Maintain a deal calendar and conduct weekly sprints to monitor deal progress.

  • Promote early alignment and cross-functional collaboration to prevent multiple revisions and provide a one-window service for final approvers.

  • Ensure all parties adhere to checklists, deal structures align with client and Visa requirements, deal clauses are comprehensive, and the overall structure is efficient.

  • Serve as the Center of Excellence for deal best practices and process flow, educating team members and driving efficiencies.

  • Prepare regular management reports and presentation documents as required.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Account Executives to build financial models for client incentive deals and facilitate internal approvals at all levels.

  • Follow up with stakeholders such as Legal, BD, and Contract Management team until final signoff by client and Visa.

  • Provide data for deal initiation sheet creation, update respective deal trackers, advise account executive, conduct first level review of deal model output with Account Owner, and support BDs in preparing client proposals and reviewing contracts.

  • Serve as the primary contact for data requests and coordination with different stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualification:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualification:
8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA).
Bachelor's in accounting.
Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred but not required.
Attention to detail and highly organized.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong business analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
