A Snapshot of Your Day

You will report to the Head of BI, Mobile Experience division for MENA. You should have a strong foundation in data analysis (end-to-end), proficiency in Data Extraction, Transformation (SQL), and Data Storytelling (PowerBI, Excel). The role requires a proactive, fast learner with a growth mindset, capable of understanding business needs and communicating findings effectively through visuals and data stories.

Role and Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Engage in ad-hoc reporting for daily business needs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses into big data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, focusing on Eco, Online, and B2B teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate their reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and market trends using SQL, visualization tools, and Excel.
• Drive BI reporting engagement through training and report usage tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new data analytics techniques and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• 8 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6 years with a Master's, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience in retail management, especially in the MENA region.
• Proven data analysis experience in consumer electronics or tech sectors.
• Data visualization skills with PowerBI, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in problem-solving.
