Manager - Corporate Events Incubator

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Manager of Corporate Events Incubator & Development will manage the strategic development and execution of innovative corporate events designed to bolster Dubai's reputation as a leading global tourism destination. This role is pivotal in incubating new event concepts, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the alignment of event initiatives with Dubai Tourism's broader goals to attract international tourists.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Core Functional Responsibilities & Subject Matter Expertise

Event Incubation Strategy

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the incubation of corporate events that align with the strategic objectives of Dubai Tourism to attract international visitors.
• Identify and capitalize on innovative event opportunities that have the potential to elevate Dubai's global tourism profile.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local and international businesses, government entities, and industry partners, to support and enhance event initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of the Events Incubator and its initiatives.

Event Management and Development

• Manage the entire lifecycle of corporate event development, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-event analysis.
• Ensure events are delivered to the highest standards, with a focus on innovation, quality, and visitor experience.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

• Conduct ongoing market research to understand global trends in corporate events and tourism.
• Analyze competitive offerings and visitor feedback to continuously refine and improve event strategies.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns for the Events Incubator, highlighting Dubai as a premier event and tourism destination.
• Utilize various marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive international tourist engagement.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a dynamic team dedicated to the development and execution of innovative event concepts.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Reporting and Analysis

• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of events on Dubai's tourism industry.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on event performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
