Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of Space42 s stakeholder engagement strategy, with a focus on building trust and transparency across the investor community and other priority audiences. Serve as a central point of coordination across investor relations, internal and external communications, and agency support. Oversee stakeholder-facing content, including financial communications and reporting, and manage cross-functional initiatives that reinforce Space42 s role as a national and global space technology champion. Steward Space42 s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda as part of the wider stakeholder engagement framework, aligned with UAE national priorities and global best practices.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder and Investor Relations

• Build and implement a structured engagement framework targeting institutional and retail investors, industry partners, government entities, and the broader public.
• Develop messaging and content for investor communications, including quarterly earnings materials, the Annual Report, shareholder letters, investor presentations, website, social media, and emails in coordination with Investor Relations and Finance.
• Maintain alignment with ESG, risk management, and product development teams to ensure integrated disclosures.
• Support the development of proactive investor relations strategies to boost investor sentiment and market positioning.
• Monitor sentiment and identify emerging risks and opportunities through stakeholder surveys and feedback loops.

• Liaise with external PR, IR, and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and message discipline across all touchpoints.
  

Governance and Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Track KPIs related to investor relations, communications performance, and CSR impact.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations and alignment with international reporting standards.
  
  

Language Proficiency and Editorial Oversight

• Develop and edit high-quality Arabic and English materials, including press releases, reports, speeches, and policy documents.
• Provide Arabic editorial oversight across all communications and liaise with translation agencies as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in relevant field such as Public Relations, Corporate Communications, CSR, Environment / Sustainability Leadership etc.
• 5-8 years experience in Stakeholder/Investor Relations and CSR knowledge with prior engagement in investor, community and environment engagement programs, at international level
  
  

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong professional writing and editing skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in investor relations, financial communications, or strategic communications in a listed or regulated environment.
• Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with or managing external agencies.
• Familiarity with UAE national priorities in CSR, sustainability, and technology is an advantage.
