The Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) team exists to make this happen in a meaningful bring together the best of TikTok's content opportunities, allowing brands to authentically participate in culture-shaping moments that drive deeper marketing effectiveness. Our work delivers reputational wins for TikTok and sets a benchmark for the wider industry. Sitting at the intersection of content and commercialization, CPS acts as a bridge between the user side (content programming, editorial, creators) and the sales side of TikTok. We build partnerships that enable brands to be at the heart of cultural and seasonal moments. This role focuses on concepting and creating commercial partnership programs and projects that drive incremental revenue for the business. These are complex creative initiatives involving extensive cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including key clients. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial individual with strong commercial acumen who can lead the development of bespoke and scaled partnership opportunities across the METAP region. Experience in structuring complex deals involving IP and rights is essential.
