Overview

The Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) team exists to make this happen in a meaningful bring together the best of TikTok's content opportunities, allowing brands to authentically participate in culture-shaping moments that drive deeper marketing effectiveness. Our work delivers reputational wins for TikTok and sets a benchmark for the wider industry. Sitting at the intersection of content and commercialization, CPS acts as a bridge between the user side (content programming, editorial, creators) and the sales side of TikTok. We build partnerships that enable brands to be at the heart of cultural and seasonal moments. This role focuses on concepting and creating commercial partnership programs and projects that drive incremental revenue for the business. These are complex creative initiatives involving extensive cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including key clients. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial individual with strong commercial acumen who can lead the development of bespoke and scaled partnership opportunities across the METAP region. Experience in structuring complex deals involving IP and rights is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge partnerships across User Operations (content programming, editorial, creator teams), Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Research to unlock strategic and innovative content solutions for TikTok advertisers in METAP.
  • Work with the user side to develop content-led solutions tied to seasonal moments, cultural tent poles, LIVE opportunities, and editorial sponsorships.
  • Partner closely with sales to understand business priorities and develop strategic monetization opportunities tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Marketing to educate the market at scale and drive awareness of partnership opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, media partnerships, or branded content.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative marketing solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the creative production process and technical requirements and TikTok's branding and ad products.
  • Proven experience structuring complex deals involving IP, rights, content licensing.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Familiarity with the media planning and buying process.
  • Given the nature of key markets this role will be supporting, and role location, proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
