About the Job

Drive strategic change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, digital innovation, and organizational agility. This role supports the company's long-term vision by leading cross-functional transformation programs aligned with ADNOC Group's strategic objectives

Job Specific Accountabilities

Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business transformation projects across ADNOC L&S departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation initiatives with ADNOC Group's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure transformation efforts support long-term business goals and drive sustainable value creation.


Business Analysis & Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable insights to optimize business processes.
  • Benchmark internal practices against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.


Transformation Planning & Delivery
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Apply change management strategies to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Innovation & Industry Trends
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transformation and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for digital enablement and automation within operational processes.
  • Promote a forward-thinking mindset and encourage experimentation with new tools and methodologies


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10 years of experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, or project management within the energy, logistics, or maritime sectors
  • Experience working in or with government-owned entities or large-scale industrial organizations is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or PROSCI are an advantage
