Responsible for providing strategic insights to the Market Insights & Partnerships Department and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in AD Ports Group. Play a vital role in making better decisions by providing actionable intelligence reports and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and other key performance indicators.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the AD Ports Group.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence reports that provide insights into the market landscape, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key performance indicators and insights on business and market trends.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns and trends that can be used to drive business decisions.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior leadership on market and competitive trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in business and market intelligence.
People Management Responsibilities:
- Identify personnel staffing requirements and personnel development to optimize performance of the department.
- Manage the team by evaluating the performance of team members, providing ongoing feedback, identifying development needs, and coaching to ensure capability development.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Execute data-driven strategic visions and business growth opportunities to support AD Ports Group strategy.
- Contribute to the management of a monthly scorecard on the Group's markets of interest and an annual strategic plan reporting.
- Reinforce AD Ports Group’s culture of continuous improvement that promotes communication, shared learning, intelligent risk-taking, creative problem solving, and accountability for failures and successes.
