Job summary

Medely is a high-growth healthcare tech startup seeking a skilled analytics leader to drive data insights, governance, and BI strategy in Dubai. You will lead SQL-driven dashboards, train partners on self-service analytics, and shape ML-enabled analytics initiatives to inform growth and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and proficiency with Tableau/Power BI, plus experience mentoring others and communicating insights to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in analytics, BI, or data science.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a direct report.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Strong BI tool skills (Tableau or Power BI).
• Python or scripting for data manipulation and automation.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Startup or marketplace experience is a plus.
• Hands-on ML/LLM solutions in analytics workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities
