Job summary

Pathstream is seeking a data analytics professional to own end-to-end dashboard development and BI products within a remote-first environment. You will define metrics with stakeholders, design data models, and ensure data quality while collaborating with engineering on instrumentation.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of analytics experience, strong SQL, and hands-on BI tool expertise. Familiarity with dbt and Git is preferred, with ability to work in a modern data warehouse

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional analytics experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency for complex queries and debugging.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design (facts vs. dimensions).
• Hands‑on experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Hex, Looker, Tableau).
• Familiarity with version control workflows like Git.
• Experience with dbt or strong motivation to learn it.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery).
