Manager Business Development ( Oil & Gas )

• Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, MEPs, and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide customized electrical solutions that align with their project requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, PROCUREMENT, etc.) to ensure project specifications are met.
• Drive new business development by identifying opportunities within assigned accounts and expanding market share in key sectors.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure profitable and competitive project sales.
• Track upcoming tenders, RFQs, and prequalification processes for major oil & gas developments.
• Monitor and report on project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and delivery schedules are adhered to.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Accredited Degree || Graduation || Engineering
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
