Manager, Business Analysis & Global Sales Operations - Corporate Solutions

The Corporate Solutions Business Analysis and Global Sales Operations team is seeking a strategic-minded individual to support growth priorities within the global sales organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, driving consistency and synergies, and providing sales insights and tailored support. Responsibilities include conducting client and market research, supporting M&A business case development, creating client presentations, and report analysis.

About Corporate Solutions: Corporate Solutions is a rapidly growing organization within Mastercard, focusing on B2B payments opportunities and capturing new payment flows among large corporations.

About the Department: The Business Analysis and Global Sales Operations team acts as a strategy and analytics hub, responsible for:

  • Developing and executing global and regional strategies based on analytics like client research and market analysis
  • Creating intelligence through KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarking
  • Supporting ecosystem plays using a build, buy, and partner approach
  • Providing market and business intelligence to enable decision-making
  • Strengthening sales operations and driving global consistency and synergies
  • Managing cross-functional alignment

Role Overview: Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, this role aims to expand and strengthen the sales operations and support growth through insights, strategies, and data-driven conversations with prospects and clients.

Key Activities:

  1. Facilitating communication within sales and other departments to ensure consistency and collaboration
  2. Supporting teams with Salesforce insights and data-driven analysis
  3. Leading Salesforce projects like data quality improvements and automated reports
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
  5. Managing monthly reports and tracking KPIs

Candidate Profile:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Effective communicator of complex ideas, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong relationship management, presentation skills, and financial/technical acumen
  • Experience in data analysis for business insights and strategy
  • Cross-functional project management and influence skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel is essential; Salesforce Einstein AI reporting is a plus
