Manager Budgeting and Planning

Job Description: The Manager Budgeting and Planning is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational budgets and financial plans. This individual will collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data, forecast future financial trends, and make recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage budgets for multiple departments
2. Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations
3. Collaborate with department managers to develop budgetary goals
4. Monitor actual financial performance against budgetary targets
5. Prepare financial management reports and present findings to management
6. Provide financial guidance and support to department managers
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
8. Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to senior management
9. Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial planning
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
