Job description

The Manager - Branding is responsible for developing and managing the overall brand strategy, positioning, identity, and architecture for the organization and business divisions. You will lead research and analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics, using these insights to develop effective campaign strategies and creative direction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

  • Develop and manage brand strategies, positioning, identity, and architecture
  • Conduct research to gain consumer, market, and competitive insights and use these to inform campaign strategies
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all marketing materials
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery
  • Present and pitch creative ideas effectively, communicating the vision and strategy
  • Provide creative direction to agencies and to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality
  • Develop promotional campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy and objectives
  • Develop clear and concise campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, creative direction, and channels
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
  • Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads
  • Any additional duties or tasks assigned by the reporting manager or deputy

  • 10+ years of experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns
