Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and monitor marketing communications campaigns per segment.
  2. Design ATL campaigns for new products and services.
  3. Plan and manage budgets for all marketing communication initiatives based on segment requirements (budget ownership resides with segments).
  4. Manage media and creative agencies.
  5. Ensure communication initiatives align with overall marketing communications strategy.
  6. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness (e.g., reach, costs).
  7. Align digital marketing efforts with digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing communications and advertising/related roles, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.

Skills:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective time management.
  • Thorough understanding of UAE culture and market.
