What you'll be doing

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead our B2B MUSE gift cards sales efforts, focusing on selling our MUSE loyalty program gift card to corporate clients. This role is a key part of the Partnerships department, responsible for driving bulk gift card sales and loyalty program adoption.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to grow the corporate gift card loyalty program in UAE, KSA, and Kuwait.
  • Identify and target prospective clients in key verticals (e.g., banking, insurance, retail, tech, travel, FMCG).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of gift cards in employee engagement, client acquisition, retention, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, legal, and product) to deliver customized and scalable solutions to corporate partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, procurement, and marketing departments of target organizations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback to inform strategy and improve offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B gift card sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Network in the MENA region corporate sector is an advantage.
  • Maintains a strong portfolio of high-potential B2B corporate clients, with a focus on driving strategic gift card partnerships and bulk sales.
