About the Job:

We are seeking a Manager - Architecture to join the Architecture and Spatial Design team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing design activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Jumeirah’s brand identity and standards.
• Reviewing design packages, layouts, FF&E selections, and materials, while maintaining accurate briefs, trackers, and documentation.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external consultants to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback seamlessly.
• Participating in site inspections and mock-up reviews, documenting observations, and supporting timely follow-up and decisions.
• Researching trends, materials, and suppliers to source distinctive design elements that enhance project creativity and quality.
• Preparing compelling design presentations and ensuring all submissions adhere to brand guidelines, acting as a guardian of Jumeirah’s design vision.

About you:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in design documentation and space planning.
• Experience in developing layouts that optimize guest experience, spatial efficiency, and operational flow in hospitality or luxury residential/commercial projects.
• Over 4 years of experience in a design role with a proven track record and a strong portfolio of luxury or high-end projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, with skills in milestone tracking and quality assurance.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills to support teamwork and consultant coordination.
