Job Title: Manager – Arabic Content

Department: E-commerce

Location: Dubai

Reports To: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Arabic Copywriter to join our growing digital team. This role is critical in shaping the Arabic content across our platforms and ensuring high-quality, localized user experiences. The ideal candidate will craft compelling copy for merchandising, customer campaigns, and digital ads—while also supporting Arabic language testing across devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting:

· Write engaging and persuasive Arabic copy for:

o Homepage and category merchandising banners

o CVM campaigns including emails, push notifications, and SMS

o Paid digital ads (Facebook, Google, Snap, Tik tok, etc.)

· Localize English content with cultural relevance and tone appropriate to the Arabic-speaking audience

· Collaborate closely with merch, design and marketing to align messaging with brand tone and objectives

E-commerce Platform Testing:

· Conduct thorough Arabic language testing across:

o Mobile app (iOS & Android)

o Mobile web

o Desktop website

· Identify and escalate critical language, functionality and UX issues, ensuring seamless Arabic content presentation across all platforms

· Work with product and tech teams to verify and close defects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Arabic speaker with excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and knowledge of GCC dialects preferred

· Strong grasp of marketing and UX copywriting

· 2–4 years of experience in Arabic content creation, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing

· Basic understanding of digital ad formats, platform-specific nuances (Google, Meta), and CVM strategies

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies in language and user interfaces
