Role
The Manager/Supervisor – Admin & HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing office administration, HR operations, compliance, and employee services across regions. This role ensures smooth management of facilities, logistics, employee onboarding, vendor relations, and regulatory requirements, driving operational efficiency and supporting workforce excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Management
- Oversee daily office management across Regions.
- Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Supervise stock inventory, procurement, and asset management.
- HR Operations & Employee Services
- Manage onboarding logistics, induction programs, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts, renewals, and HR policies.
- Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor documentation.
- Support Emiratization initiatives and local workforce development programs.
- Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
- Manage trade license renewals, company registrations, and government approvals.
- Ensure all HR and administrative processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Travel & Logistics
- Oversee travel bookings for business trips, relocations, and official events.
- Manage accommodation, transportation, and related employee logistics.
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement standardized processes across multiple geographies.
- Provide reports on operational efficiency, HR metrics, and compliance adherence.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Preferred Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in administration and HR operations.
- Experience in multi-country operations and regulatory compliance preferred.
