Manager- Accounting

We're looking for a polished and seasoned Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Requirements to Apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Masters or CPA/CA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a team lead role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GCC tax regulations
• Prior Audit firm experience is highly preferred
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as Oracle is preferred, and not mandatory
• Attested degree from your home country is a mandatory requirement
• Must be available to join immediately or within short notice

Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals
• Set clear deliverables and promote a high-performance culture

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Oversee timely preparation of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Present financials to senior leadership

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GCC tax laws, VAT, and corporate tax
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard financial data

Audit & Risk Management:

• Lead coordination with internal and external auditors
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze variances and provide strategic recommendations

Process Improvement & Systems:

Drive automation and streamline financial workflows.
