IMS Administrator in UAE and IMS Administrator Admin cum Trainer in KSA (Jubail)
- Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation including standards, manuals, procedures, forms, and work instructions.
- Administer document control across all departments within the QMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce variation, and ensure conformance to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
- Track and implement corrective and preventive actions within specified deadlines.
- Analyze Quality Metrics and KPIs to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Assess risks and opportunities across the organization.
- Monitor and enhance processes, procedures, and non-conformance resolutions.
- Generate reports using statistical and analytical data.
- Liaise with customers and vendors on quality-related issues.
- Coordinate and support internal audits, management reviews, and QMS performance evaluations.
- Suggest and implement modifications to quality systems and procedures as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group QHSE Manager.
