As a Manager, you will be expected to manage consulting projects. You will work closely with junior team members to deliver work and assist in their development. You will keep the Director and other senior members of the team updated with progress and liaise with clients as and when needed. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop a deep understanding of various industries, and build a foundation for a successful career in consulting.

• Manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project and client objectives are met.
• Liaise with clients effectively and serve as a key point of contact for the project team.
• Work closely with a team of consultants, providing guidance, and coaching to support their professional development.
• Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and benchmarking to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Support the development and refinement of consulting methodologies and tools.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance consulting offerings.
• Actively engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote continuous learning within the consulting team.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential upsell opportunities and participating in client pitches.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications including PMP, CFA, CMA, CRM, CISSP, CMC etc is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional business environment. Management consulting, strategy, or related roles preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and presenting insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
