Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Management Accountant is responsible for supervising and overseeing the accounts payable, receivable, ledger, credit, and all related areas. The Management Accountant will handle daily reconciliations, month-end closing, preparing ME reports, and assisting in overseeing hotel operations and supporting Hotel Management during external and internal audits. The candidate should also have strong management skills.

Qualifications
Ideally, you should have a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management. CA certification would be an advantage. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in a larger operation is required. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
