TalentOne is seeking experienced male staff nurses to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery, while collaborating with physicians, therapists and the broader multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold a BSN or equivalent, have a valid DOH Abu Dhabi Nursing License or eligibility, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Male Staff Nurses in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery, while working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
• Assess patients physical, psychological, and rehabilitation needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and document patients vital signs, clinical condition, progress, and response to treatment.
• Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and promote independence and functional recovery.
• Assist with the management of patients with complex medical, neurological, behavioral, or rehabilitation needs.
• Recognize and promptly escape changes in patients clinical condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication, rehabilitation programs, and health promotion.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Participate in patient and family counseling and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Participate in continuing professional development and maintain clinical competency.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Nursing License or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience;
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
