Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients per standards and protocols.
• Assess physical, psychological, and rehab needs and create care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and document vital signs and progress.
• Support rehabilitation goals and promote independence.
• Manage patients with complex medical/neurological/rehabilitation needs.
• Escalate changes in clinical condition promptly.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
• Educate patients and families on plans, meds, and rehab.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other teams.
• Maintain infection control standards and patient safety.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient counseling.
• Engage in continuing professional development.

Education
