Wanted Male Nurse for Site/Workplace


WORK LOCATION:

Abu Dhabi / Dubai


Salary: AED 3,000.00 - AED 8,000.00 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 3-8 years (preferred)

License/Certification:


DHA Approval (required) / DHA Eligibility Letter or License as a "Registered Nurse"

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing


DHA Approval is mandatory

Age below 45

Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing

Responsibilities:

  • Stores, administers, and monitors first aid treatments for injuries, accidents, and other health-related illnesses for employees and students.
  • Monitor and record vital signs; perform basic diagnostic investigations such as glucometer, pulse oximeter, ECG recordings, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Manage and maintain patient care documentation or medical records.

Emergency Care: Providing immediate medical care for patients with acute injuries or illnesses, such as administering medication, performing CPR, and stabilizing patients.

Trauma Management: Assisting in the management of trauma patients, including coordinating with healthcare professionals for timely and appropriate care.

Patient Advocacy: Advocating for patients' needs and ensuring they receive proper care and support during their stay.

Documentation: Accurately documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.

ICU Experience:

  • Monitoring and providing care for critically ill patients, including those on life support systems such as mechanical ventilation.
  • Utilizing specialized equipment to monitor vital signs, oxygenation, and other critical parameters.
  • Administering medications and IV therapies, monitoring for adverse reactions.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients' families.

Industrial Experience:

  • Conducting pre-employment health assessments and medical surveillance.
  • Implementing injury prevention programs and protocols.
  • Responding to workplace emergencies, providing immediate medical care, and coordinating with emergency services.
  • Developing health promotion initiatives to improve employee wellness.
