We are hiring Baker for a 4-Star Beach Resort in Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Executive Chef / Head Pastry Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our culinary team at a prestigious 4-star beach resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts that meet our resort s culinary standards and delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, rolls, muffins, croissants, and pastries daily.
Ensure all products are baked to perfection and presented attractively.
Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and place orders when necessary.
Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all baking equipment and workstations.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in menu development and daily specials related to baked goods.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
Ability to work early shifts and weekends.
Good communication and time-management skills.
