• In-depth knowledge of traditional Malayalee dessert recipes and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management to ensure timely delivery of desserts.
• Creative mindset to develop unique dessert recipes.
• Strong attention to detail for presentation and flavor balance.
• Fluent in Malayalam language preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare various desserts according to traditional Malayalee recipes.
• Develop new dessert recipes incorporating local flavors and ingredients.
• Ensure all desserts are visually appealing and presented well.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry station at all times.
