Qualifications

• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone or social platforms.
• Provide accurate information promptly.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Document customer service activities.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and strategies for improving customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on product features and services.
• Assist with training of new employees.
