Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Project Coordinator - Major Projects to support interface coordination, documentation handover, IT systems support, and logistics for large-scale energy projects.

The role requires 5+ years in project coordination within oil and energy sectors, with experience in SmartPlant and LiveLink. You will help ensure accurate project information, robust reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement across Major Projects Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project coordination or major projects support.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, engineering, construction, or large industrial projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with SmartPlant, LiveLink, or similar project information systems is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with project management teams, end users, vendors, government bodies and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interface coordination for technical documentation handover, project systems, logistics, vendor support, and administrative services.
• Support development of procedures for current project systems and identify improvements.
• Coordinate development and updates of Major Projects Group websites and project publications.
• Prepare quarterly management meeting agendas and track actions.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, status updates, and press releases where required.
• Assist in coordinating Major Projects Group management meetings and follow-up support.
• Support procedures, management reports, progress reports, and project communication materials.
• Participate in business process automation initiatives related to major projects.
• Act as focal point for monitoring and processing Letters of Assistance.
