Maintenance Technicians FM Experience

Maintenance Technician • United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
3. Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to service requests promptly.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
5. Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in FM within the UAE.
2. Technical diploma or trade certification in maintenance or engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of systems and general building maintenance.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
5. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Visa will be provided. Accommodation and Transportation will be provided. Will be assigned either in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Preferably can join immediately. Salary is negotiable. Open for applicants from India.
