Job description

MINIMUM EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, electrical or mechanical trade or related area and an associate degree in a related area preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
  • Four (4) years experience in Industrial Maintenance with proficiency in mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/Controls, and welding/fabrication skills through job experience, military experience, or related education
  • Relevancy of certificates and degrees will be assessed by manager and HR
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to follow procedures from work orders or technicians/management
  • Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, manuals, and specifications for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software for data management
  • Problem-solving skills in mechanical or electrical systems, including understanding engineering formulas
  • Diagnose mechanical power transmission, electrical, or PLC/control issues at multiple system levels
  • Effective communication skills within the department and with external vendors
  • Collaborative skills with operations, vendors, and support teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Time management and organizational skills
JOB CONDITIONS
