Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC, VMC, HMC, and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, including PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance.

Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance on CNC, VMC, HMC, and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical & mechanical faults in machines.
• Replace faulty components like servomotors, encoders, ball screws, LM guides, cables.
• Install and set up new CNC machines and industrial equipment.
• Adjust parameters & settings (FANUC, Siemens control systems).
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic & pneumatic systems used in machines.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdown analysis (MTTR/MTBF tracking).

Experience: 5+ years in maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, or industrial machines.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Makino, Mazak, Doosan, AMS, Mitsubishi, Starrag, Heller, BFW machines.
• Experience with hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of servo stabilizers, inverters, VFDs
