Job summary

Capri-Sun Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running smoothly. You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery across filling, packaging, mixing, and water treatment systems.

You should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics and at least 3 years in manufacturing, with PLC experience and good English communication. Immediate joiners preferred for this on-site role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry with strong troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Experience with PLCs and other control systems used in machinery.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance inspection and servicing of all production facilities like -Filling plants -Packaging systems -Mixing plant -RO and water treatment -Sugar dissolving system
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of the systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to ensure the availability of the all production lines and machines
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues to maintain operational readiness
• Diagnose problems and implement repairs in timely manner
• Ensure all documentations are accurate and follow the good documentation practices
• Monitoring of CCPs and their documentation of results according to specifications
• Plan and conduct scheduled maintenance activities as needed
• Respond to all breakdown calls by plant operators and assist in timely rectification of any issue
