Job summary

Capri Sun Group in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Maintenance Technician (m/f/x) to minimize downtime and maximize productivity of production machinery. You will maintain, repair and troubleshoot equipment across filling, packaging, mixing, RO and water treatment, ensuring reliable operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, PLC experience, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing with troubleshooting expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Experience with PLCs and other controls used in machinery.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection and servicing of production facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to ensure line availability.
• Diagnose problems and implement repairs in a timely manner.
• Plan and conduct scheduled maintenance activities as needed.
• Respond to breakdown calls by plant operators.

At our location in Dubai, UAE we are looking for you as Maintenance Technician (m/f/x).

Mission of the role As Maintenance Technician, you play an important role in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity of the machineries. You are responsible for the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of the machinery and equipment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection and servicing of all production facilities like:


• Filling plants


• Packaging systems


• Mixing plant


• RO and water treatment


• Sugar dissolving system


• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of the systems


• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to ensure the availability of the all production lines and machines.


• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues to maintain operational readiness.


• Diagnose problems and implement repairs in timely manner.


• Ensure all documentations are accurate and follow the good documentation practices.


• Monitoring of CCP's (= critical control points) and their documentation of results according to specifications.


• Plan and conduct scheduled maintenance activities as needed.


• Respond to all breakdown calls by plant operators and assist in timely rectification of any issue.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering


• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry with strong knowledge in troubleshooting


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints


• Experience with PLCs and other control systems used in machinery


• Basic knowledge in MS Office


• Communication skills in English to convey information effectively


• Note: Immediate joiners are preferred
