Job summary

Wisewell, a Dubai-based water technology company, is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our operations team in Dubai. You will install, service, and troubleshoot Wisewell's smart water devices, ensuring customers receive high-performing equipment.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in the field as well as collaborating with our support team to drive product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• UAE driving license.
• 1–2 years of technical or appliance maintenance experience in the UAE.
• Strong plumbing capability.
• Clear communication in English (Arabic a plus).

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our operations team in Dubai. You'll handle the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of Wisewell's smart water devices - from routine filter changes to diagnosing and fixing technical faults - ensuring every customer gets a seamless, high-performing product. This is a great fit for someone mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working both independently in the field and closely with our support team.
