Job description

Salary: AED 3000 to 3500 + accommodation and transportation

Language: Must be Fluent in English

Nationality: Indian Preferred

Gender: male

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Location: UAE

Note:

Candidates having experience in the same fields is required.

Those who are available in UAE and can join immediately will preferred.*

Main responsibilities:-

  • The person should know maintenance & installation of soft play & Arcade games & Amusement Ride
  • And he should know about the maintenance work of electricity and AC work
  • Ensuring all customers are made aware of and promote the daily activities, and upcoming events taking place in the play area.
  • Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times while doing the maintenance work
  • Help in designing monthly and weekly activities
  • Highlighting potential hazards to the manager
  • Research and practice new games and activities to be implemented in the play area.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures, forms, templates, and checklists for the activity programs and ensuring that all procedures are adhered to.
  • To work well within in the team
  • Report any incidents or issues to the manager
  • To work in shift patterns, show flexibility, to accommodate changes with special event
  • To ensure top customer service and handle customer complaints and report them to the manager.
  • Travel requirements: occasional travel within the country and other country
  • Working during public holidays - but the candidate can take off other days
  • Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:-
    • Demonstrate good core competencies.
    • Suitable and sufficient face-to-face customer service experience, preferably working with children
    • Hold or willingness to obtain and apply knowledge/skills from Emergency First Aid qualification.
    • Willingness to continuously develop and attend training and development sessions in line with your training plan, on occasion out with your normal hours of work, to ensure the required level of competence.
