A leading company in the injection moulding industry seeks a Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems. Ideal candidates must possess at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience and a technical background in related fields. This role involves ensuring the efficiency and reliability of various utility systems and injection moulding equipment in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a maintenance role.
• Technical certification in maintenance is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and preventive maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and mechanical issues.

Job description

• Good Knowledge in Injection moulding machines Electrical , Control and Mechanical Troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge in reading the Electrical circuit drawings.
• Good knowledge in Performing the Daily and preventive maintenance for Injection moulding and utilities .
• Good Troubleshooting Knowledge in IMM robots,Conveyor, Crusher,Central feeding system and all injection machine associated equipment.
• Good knowledge in air compressor, Water chiller and Crane Troubleshooting and Preventive maintenance.
• Good knowledge in utility equipment handling.
• Good knowledge in Maintenance check sheets & Documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a injection moulding machines Electrical , Control and Mechanical Troubleshooting..
• Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling quick and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability and commitment to quality standards.
