Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Based in Sharjah (covering Ajman, Sharjah & Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all tenant maintenance requests and complaints.
• Manage and schedule maintenance team activities.
• Ensure timely response and quality control.
• Organize transport logistics for maintenance staff.
• Prioritize tasks and oversee daily operations.
