PiLog is looking for experienced Maintenance & Reliability Engineers, preferably with relevant Reliability Engineering certifications, to support maintenance, reliability, asset performance, and digital transformation initiatives across the Oil & Gas (Upstream & Downstream), Petrochemical, and related industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Maintenance and Reliability Engineering, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Static and Rotary Equipment, with the ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, procedures, KPIs, performance metrics, and reliability improvement initiatives.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in the following areas:
The candidate should have a good understanding of relevant industry standards, methodologies, and best practices, including API, ISO, IEEE, SOX, DAMA, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
The candidate should be capable of supporting customers in establishing and sustaining World-Class Maintenance (WCM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs, while contributing to maintenance optimization, reliability improvement, process transformation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with SAP EAM, GE APM, or equivalent Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions is essential.
