This role is responsible for coordinating resources, planning schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance at all stages of execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance projects from planning to completion.

Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.

Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
